Brian Soderholm is the President of HireGenics. As President, Brian is focused on delivering Independent Contractor Classification and Payrolling “Software as a Service” (SaaS) solutions to enterprise organizations. Brian has more than 25 years of business development experience at leading workforce management and staffing companies.

Brian is responsible for both growing existing business and successfully developing sales strategies for new lines of business. Prior to HireGenics, Brian worked at Chimes Inc. and Bartech, where he executed multiple business development programs to include driving Managed Service Provider (MSP) sales of more than $3B in contract labor spend to more than sixty of the largest organizations in the world.
Brian holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Business Administration and Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin. As a recognized solution sales leader in the staffing industry, Brian brings a unique understanding to the sales process that is dictated by selling solutions that focus on the success of the client.
Mark Zisholtz, Esq., MS-Management, is the Vice President of Contingent Workforce Management at HireGenics. He previously served as General Counsel over ACS Group. Prior to ACS Group, Mark held the position of senior labor and employment attorney at a top law firm based in Atlanta, Georgia, and he self-funded and sold two start-up companies in the domestic and international recruiting and payment spaces.
Vice President of Contingent Workforce Compliance and Management
Mark is an expert in independent contractor and small supplier compliance, joint employment or “co-employment,” sub-supplier/sub-contractor risk and workforce management, and strategy relating to these types of relationships and entities, including within the payrolling and independent contractor/small supplier compliance spaces. He has authored white papers, led roundtables, and participated in panel discussions on these contingent workforce issues, including at contingent workforce, human resources, procurement, and legal industry conferences. Currently, at HireGenics, Mark oversees their best-in-class proprietary compliance process for independent contractors, small suppliers, and their workers.
Mark utilizes the skills he acquired as a practicing attorney to execute his role within HireGenics. He has worked extensively with the Fair Labor Standards Act (misclassification issues), discrimination matters, pay issues, independent contractor disputes and contracts, restrictive covenants, management-level and executive legal issues, board matters, and numerous discrete contingent workforce matters. In addition, he has authored and argued many legal briefs on the FLSA, contracts, restrictive covenants, and employment-based laws such as Title VII.
Mark earned three degrees from the University of Florida: a Bachelor of Arts degree in history, magna cum laude; a Juris Doctorate, cum laude; and a Master of Science in Management (earned jointly while attending law school).
John Deweerd is the Vice President of HireGenics, an operating company of ACS Group. He is responsible for strategic business development of various workforce management programs, including payrolling and independent contractor compliance solutions. John is involved with growing existing business and successfully developing sales strategies for new business.
John has more than 15 years of business development experience at leading workforce management and staffing companies. Prior to HireGenics, John worked at Randstad Managed Services and the Bartech Group, where he helped drive MSP sales of more than $1B in contract labor spend. John has successfully helped numerous customers design and implement contingent workforce solutions.
As a recognized solution sales leader in the staffing industry, John brings a unique understanding to selling solutions that focus on creating value for customers and helping them gain a competitive advantage in the marketplace. John holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Business Administration from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University.
April Campo is the Senior Vice President of Global Operations for ACS Group. In this role, she is responsible for ensuring client and consultant satisfaction and for managing all Client Program teams. She is an accomplished executive who can attract, recruit, and build high-performing sales, recruiting, and operations teams for industry-leading professional staffing and solutions companies.
Before ACS Group, April was the Senior Director of Operations, North America, with Experis, where she was a key stakeholder in developing the Experis Sales and Recruiting Common Operating Model. April was a pioneer in driving brand consistency throughout North America into Latin America and across Europe. She also created and chaired the Operational Excellence Committee across field operations with the primary objective of improving quality of all processes from requisition receipt through cash collection.
With more than 20 years of staffing industry experience, April has a deep knowledge of the business, the marketplace, and all operational and workflow processes. She is a graduate of Bryant University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting.
